Fancy a lighter bite? Choose from our selection of sandwiches, tapas or homemade bar meals, served during the day in the Lakes Terrace where you can take in the breathtaking views over the lakes, hills and mountains. Some of our favourite dishes being our freshly battered fish and chips, homemade burger or a steak from the grill after 6.00pm.
Our Cocktail Bar offers adult only service, children are welcome in the Lakes Terrace and Traditional Pub.
Afternoon Tea
The afternoons here are for relaxing and catching up with family and friends, over a pot of Lakeland tea and a view of Lake Windermere and the surrounding fells. Enjoy a special treat and book Afternoon Tea with a selection of delicate finger sandwiches with a variety of our best homemade cakes and scones. For a little added luxury, add a half bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne with your afternoon tea for the ultimate indulgence.
Alternatively, there is the lighter option of traditional Cream Tea which includes homemade fruit scones served with jam and clotted cream.
Served from 2.00pm to 4.30pm, our Full Afternoon Tea must be pre-booked.
